Deactivate unnecessary Services on Windows

Some of the many services running in the background of Windows are for specific usages or are simply outdated. These put load onto the CPU and can use up its potential, which you can regain by deactivating some of these services.

Open the Service Manager

Open by pressing the WinKey and typing in "Services". You should see the application. Open it.
Another way of opening it, would be by going to
C:\WINDOWS\system32\services.msc

Deactivate the Services

Double click onto the name of the service to open up the properties of the Service.
Under general, select the Startup type and switch to "Disabled" to deactivate the service permanently. To finish and close the properties, press "OK".

AllJoyn is a service which lets the computer communicate with any IoT devices. If you don't have any, then you can surely turn off this service without any problems.
